SPECIMEN PROCESSING and HANDLING

After allowing time for clot formation, centrifuge the sample and immediately draw off the serum, taking care not to include clot fragments or cells

TRANSPORT TEMPERATURE

Store the serum specimen at 2° to 8°C for testing within 72 hours or £20° C if testing is to be delayed for a longer period.
