These specimens are initially sent through Mayo Clinical Laboratories and must be received within 96 hours of collection.  Specimens are referred to Helix Lab Solutions by Mayo Clinical Laboratories.  

Hereditary Cardiomyopathies and Arrhythmias Patient Information form is REQUIRED, must be completed by provider, and must accompany the specimen and/or patient.  Please contact the WKHS Reference Department at 318-212-4400 for more information.
