Acceptable Specimens: 

Vesicular Fluid, ulcerated lesions, pharyngeal and throat swabs, urine, cerebral spinal fluid (CSF), autopsy and biopsy material, eye exudates, vaginal swabs

Specimen Volume:

1mL of fluid, or 0.5g tissue in Viral Transport Media
